How can I check the status of my kiosks?
Logon to www.kiosk-services.com and enter the username & password provided to you technical support (1-877-769-2256). This will login you into the online financials. Here you can check kiosk uptime, the time of the last reboot, money collected and more.
How do I login to the Management functions for the first time?
From the Management Functions menu:

Press the flashing "Start" button in the upper right hand corner of your screen

Select "Use Member Account" from the popup window that appears

Enter your "Surfnet" as your login name and "Surfnet" as your password and press the "Login" button

Congratulations, you are now in the Management Functions of Surfnet Premiere - It is strongly recommended that you change your password, and remove the Management Functions info rotational (see next two questions for instructions)
How do I change my default password and/or add new Management Users?
From the Management Functions menu:

Click Employees, a popup window will appear

Select the "Add New" button if you wish to add a New user or double click on the user you wish to edit

A popup window with three fields will appear. The first field is for the user name you wish to use to log into the Management functions, the second field for is the password you wish to have associated with that login name, the third field is the "Admin Level" (Please see your Surfnet Premier manual for full descriptions of Admin Levels). To grant all access rights select "Kiosk Owner"

Press "OK"

A Window will appear prompting you to re-enter your password; re-enter it and press OK

Press "Exit" to return to the Management functions Main Menu
How do I remove the Rotational that tells users how to access Management Functions?
From the Management Functions menu:

Press "Advertising" - A window with two tabs at the top will popup

Click on "Rotationals" (the second tab); The window now moves the second tab and two rotationals will be displayed within the window

Click "Surfnet Premiere picture" if it is not already highlighted

Press the "Delete" button at the bottom of your screen

You will then be prompted "Are you sure you want to delete…" - Choose "Ok" to finalize the deletion.

Press "Exit" to return to the Management functions Main Menu
How do I setup my mail server?
From the Management Functions menu:

Click "Internet Connection" - the "Internet" window will popup

Click on "SMTP Server Name" - the cursor will appear in the text field

If needed, remove "NA" by pressing backspace twice

Enter your outgoing email server address into this field (this information is provided to you by you internet service provider) It is not necessary to change either your "SMTP Port" or to enable "secured SMTP Authorization." Unless specifically instructed to by your Internet service provider

Press "Exit" to return to the Management functions Main Menu
How do I change the hourly rate?
From the Management Functions menu:

Click on "Payment" - The "Payment Configuration" window will popup, on the "Page 1" tab

Click on "Price Per Hour"

Highlight the existing text and override it by typing in a new numeric amount in this field

Press "Exit" to return to the Management functions Main Menu
How do exit Surfnet and Return to the Windows desktop?
From the Management Functions menu:

Click "Windows Functions"

Uncheck "Boot into Surfnet Premiere"

Click "Reboot Computer"
Warning - Until "Boot into Surfnet Premiere" is checked (and the computer is restarted) again any user of the kiosk will have full access to all Windows functions

How do I change the default language?
From the Management Functions menu:


Click "General Settings" - The "General Settings" window will open on "Page 1"

The selected language is displayed in black text to the right of the "Default Language" field

Click on the gray arrow next to the selected language to open a drop down menu

Choose your desired language

Press "Exit" to return to the Management Functions main menu
