ONTV, Net eVantage and Info Touch Bring AsSeenOnTV.com Products to Circle K

Burnaby, BC, October 30, 2001 - "Now, you don't have to wait, or remember telephone numbers." You can run to your local Circle K and order well known AsSeenOnTV products directly from the Zaplink e-services kiosks recently installed in 35 Phoenix locations. All this thanks to an agreement between San Diego, California based Net eVantage, Inc. (www.netevantage.com) the sole kiosk provider for AsSeenOnTV.com and Burnaby-based, Info Touch Technologies' wholly owned subsidiary CMMI (www.infotouch.net).

This initiative gives ONTV, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: ONTV) AsSeenOnTV.com division an initial 35 physical points of presence in the Phoenix area and acts as a new meaningful "street-level channel of sales". Through their joint strategy, Info Touch, and Net eVantage leverage on each other's strengths to secure multiple streams of recurring revenue and drive additional ecommerce sales for AsSeenOnTV.com. Additional kiosk outlets are contemplated in this arrangement.

All products currently available at the AsSeenOnTV.com website are available at the kiosk locations. The company is a leader in the business of selling Direct Response merchandise over the Internet.
