Info Touch Technologies Corp. (TSX.V: IFT), North America’s leading provider of kiosk software-based security and management solutions, today announced that as at September 22, 2004, it has agreed to grant incentive stock options to one of its directors, to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.85 per share, exercisable until September 22, 2009.
The number of listed shares reserved for issuance under the Company’s Stock Option Plan is 2,678,451
