Info Touch Technologies Receives Deloitte & Touche Canadian Technology Fast 50 Award- Five-Year Revenue Growth Earns Info Touch Recognition as One of Canada’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Technology Companies -

Burnaby, BC - August 22, 2002 – Info Touch Technologies, North America’s leading kiosk technology company (www.infotouch.net) (TSX Venture Exchange: IFT), has been recognized with the Deloitte & Touche Canadian Technology Fast 50 Award. The annual Fast 50 program recognizes Canada’s fastest growing technology companies, both public and private, from all technology sectors including software, life sciences, Internet communications/networking, semiconductors and computer peripherals.
With this prestigious annual award, Deloitte & Touche honors Info Touch as one of Canada’s Top 50 technology companies based on calculated five-year revenue growth percentage (1997-2001). This distinguished accomplishment underscores Info Touch’s contribution in increasing British Columbia’s share of representation to 12 (24%) companies on the 2002 list, up from 10 (20%) last year.

The annual program ranks the 50 fastest-growing technology companies based on the highest rates of revenue growth during the last five years (1997-2001). The final ranking of the 2002 Deloitte & Touche Canadian Technology Fast 50 recipients will be announced on September 25, 2002.
