INFO TOUCH ON TRACK WITH SHIFT TO RECURRING REVENUE MODEL
Recurring revenue up 154% through first 3 quarters of 2004
Burnaby, BC, June 28,2004

Info Touch Technologies Corp. (TSX Venture: IFT) announced financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended April 30, 2004. The Company’s performance during 2004 is on target with its shift to a recurring revenue model. For the nine-month period total recurring revenue, including transactional and maintenance services, was $2,919,034 or 63% of total revenue, compared to 26% of total revenue one year ago. For the third quarter, total recurring revenue increased 113% to $1,007,741 from $473,348 in the corresponding quarter of the prior year.
Third quarter revenue was $1,463,433 with a loss of $182,996. This compares with $2,778,933 and earnings of $585,258 in the third quarter of 2003, where results were driven primarily from the sale of kiosks for the Circle K Zaplink network. Since then the Company has transitioned to a corporate ownership model to capture the majority share of the lifetime revenue of the kiosk. For the first nine months of 2004 revenue increased to $4,610,049, with a loss of $105,118, compared with revenue of $4,380,334 and earnings of $531,946 for the corresponding period one year ago. The 5% increase in nine-month revenue reflects the longer-term impact of building an economically sustainable business model based on recurring revenues without significant system sales.
“We have executed on driving recurring revenues to new heights through both transactional and maintenance revenue growth,” said Hamed Shahbazi, President and CEO. “Our focus has been to continue to build an enterprise that is based on a predictable ongoing revenue model even at the expense of losing some one-time revenues. We continued to aggressively deploy more kiosks this quarter, most of which were based on our corporate ownership model. The long term benefits of transactional revenue will continue to multiply as we add new location and application partners throughout the US and Canada.”

* The majority of kiosks deployed in Q3 were shipped in Q3 and commenced generating revenue in early Q4. Kiosks typically require 6-8 months to reach 75% of their revenue maturity.

Deployments and Applications Increasing
The substantial growth in transactional revenue is the result of the successful and growing deployment of kiosks with Circle K stores and Cricket communications in the southwestern US. During the quarter the Company announced an agreement with Exxon Mobil to deploy 41 Company owned and managed transactional-based “e-Wiz” kiosks to ‘Tiger market’ locations in Memphis Tennessee where initial transaction figures have been strong.
In addition, the Company broadened its relationship with Alimentation Couche-Tard (Mac’s stores) with a 34 Zaplink kiosk deployment to Mac’s stores in Vancouver BC. Both the Mac’s and Exxon Mobil deployments contributed transactional revenues in the fourth quarter.
Subsequent to the quarter, the Company was successful in closing a private placement for gross proceeds of $2,073,000. These funds will permit the Company to substantially grow its install base, improve cash flow and achieve sustained profitability.
