FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR Q3, 2003
--Strong Growth in Revenue and Record Earnings-

Info Touch Technologies (www.infotouch.net) (TSX Venture : IFT) today announced strong operating results for the third quarter ended April 30, 2003. The Company achieved substantial growth and profitability in the quarter with revenue increasing 289% to $2,778,933 with a net income of $585,258 compared to revenue of $714,084 and a net loss of $(248,459) in the third quarter one year ago. For the nine-month period, revenue increased 59% to $4,380,334 with a net income of $531,946 or $0.04 per share compared to a net loss of (871,692) or (0.07) per share for the comparative period.
The company’s revenue is generated primarily from five distinct revenue streams, kiosk systems, software, transactional, media, and professional services. A growing percentage of revenue is derived from recurring revenue sources. The company’s business model is highly scalable, allowing multiple transaction and consumer based services such as bill payment, money transfer and other financial services to be easily incorporated into the kiosk offering.
“The company’s number one objective has and continues to be ‘Sustained Profitable Growth’ stated Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Info Touch. “We are working with all our deployment partners to ensure their continued success”. The company’s success in the US with the Zaplink and wireless payment kiosk deployments has led to strong interest from both the convenience store and APL (alternative payment location) sectors.

The company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, have conducted a review of the interim consolidated financial statements for the three and nine month periods ended April 30, 2003, solely to assist the Audit Committee of Info Touch Technologies in discharging its obligation to review the company's interim consolidated financial statements. The interim review report of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to the Audit Committee is included with the interim consolidated financial statements filed by the company.
