EXPANDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND ANNOUNCES CLOSING
Burnaby (June 15, 2004)
Pursuant to the Company’s news release on April 30, 2004 the Company wishes to announce that it has increased the number of units being issued in the private placement to 3,190,269 and closed the offering. Each unit will be issued for $0.65 and will consist of a common share and a half warrant. Each whole warrant will permit the placees to purchase one additional common share at $0.85 for a period of 24 months. Gross proceeds to the Company by way of the sale of the units will be $2,073,674.85. The proceeds will be used for kiosk deployments and general working capital. Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited acted as Agent for a portion of the placement. The Company has agreed to pay a finder’s fee equal to a 7% cash commission plus warrants to acquire up to 7% of the number of units sold to investors arranged by the finders.
The transaction is subject to all regulatory approvals.
