INFO TOUCH ANNOUNCES BOARD APPOINTMENT AND PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Burnaby, BC, May 27, 2003 –
Info Touch Technologies (www.infotouch.net) (TSX venture: IFT) announced today a non brokered private placement of 650,000 units for gross proceeds of $162,500. Each unit consists of a common share at $0.25 and a half warrant permitting the placees to purchase addition common shares at $0.35 per share for a term of one year. The placees are Mr. Gerri Greenham and Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and CEO of the Company. The Proceeds will be for general working capital. The transaction is subject to all regulatory approvals.
The Board of Director’s is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gerri Greenham as a Director. Most recently, Mr. Greenham was President and CEO of Cobequid Life Sciences, a TSE listed company involved in the sale of animal health vaccines. In July 2000, Novartis Life Science completed a successful takeover offer of the company.
Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and CEO of Info Touch stated, “Mr.Greenham successfully developed a public company from the ground up, to the benefit of his shareholders and employee’s. We look forward to working closely with Gerri and benefiting from his knowledge and experience in business development, and public company management to capitalize on the substantial opportunities we have ahead of us.”
The company announces the resignation of Dr. Mohsen Shahbazi from the Board of Director’s and expresses its gratitude and appreciation for his many years of valuable service and support. Dr. Mohsen Shahbazi has kindly agreed to continue his service to Info Touch by chairing it’s newly forming advisory board.
