Mr. Shahbazi is the chief architect and the visionary behind the development of secure kiosk management software for public access to a myriad of e-based applications.
Under Shahbazi's leadership, Info Touch has been recognized as one of the top 50 Canadian technology growth companies with the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award based on calculated five-year revenue growth percentage (1997-2001).
In December 2001, Business in Vancouver presented Mr. Shahbazi with the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award in recognition for his achievements as one of top performers in business, public or private life. Business in Vancouver acknowledged in particular his contribution in securing Compaq Canada Corp.'s 20% equity investment in Info Touch Technologies Corp.
Known as one of most knowledgeable people in the kiosk industry where he has amassed 8 years of experience, Mr. Shahbazi regularly speaks at conferences and is regularly interviewed and quoted by the industry's media sources. He has been integral in securing strategic alliances with companies, such as HP (Hewlett Packard), Microsoft, MCI, ConcoPhillips/Circle K, Chapters Indigo, and alike.
