Lynn Thornton, a Director of TIO Networks Corp, has over twenty-five years of international academic and business experience, with extensive experience in Asia. As a student, entrepreneur, and business executive, Mr. Thornton has lived and worked in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, PRC, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and India.

Mr. Thornton spent eight years in international management positions with Hallmark Cards' International buying operations in Asia. In 1992, Mr. Thornton joined The Walt Disney Company, and established a new regional sourcing and product development company for Disney.

By 1997, the Disney Trading Company was a primary supplier to all major divisions of Disney Worldwide, and provided an estimated one billion dollar worth of product, at retail, to the corporation. Most recently, Mr. Thornton was Vice President World Wide Compliance at Disney headquarters in Burbank, California.
