board controller mechanisms. We endeavour to accommodate all forms of currency, however, unique currency acceptors
may not be available at the time of order, please consult your representative for details. |

Info Touch has initiated itself as a leading edge provider of customized software.
Netlock, one of Info Touchs own proprietary software technologies, has earned global acceptance and use.
Netlock is a multi-faceted security program designed to prevent unauthorized access to any computer
system. The interface features an easy to use layout, providing access to a multitude of user and management functions.
Netlocks system security and revenue tracking features have made it the standard in the Cyber Café Market.

NetSecure 98 (Utilizing Netlock Technology): |
|
The NetSecure software package uses our existing Netlock technology to
accommodate non-vended Public Internet Access Terminals driven by advertising revenues.
Some of the uses of this product include: |

Allowing free secure internet access in schools, libraries, corporate high-rises, banking
institutions, etc. |
| 2. |
Capitalizing on the URL Limiting feature to lock the terminal into web sites that showcase products
and/or services such as online banking, municipality information & ticket payments, travel & tourism information,
online shopping and e-commerce sites, new product releases & showcasing, building maps & directories,
etc. |
| 3. |
Creating simple or extremely advanced HTML pages that can be viewed without having the user needing
to be online. |
|
| The uses of the NetSecure package are virtually limitless, and open up numerous opportunities to
large corporations, small businesses, e-commerce storefronts, entrepreneurs and everyone in between. |

Central Payment System Software (CPS Software): |
|
The Central Payment System Software is ideal for locations offering numerous terminals to use,
but only wish to have one kiosk from which all the transactions take place. Each individual terminal would be using our
Surfnet/Netlock '98 software and a central kiosk is outfitted with our CPS Software.
Once the user steps to the central payment kiosk, s/he's prompted to pay and then enters a user
name and a password. The information is then stored on the central data base that is accessible by all the terminals
throughout the network.
The user then steps to any terminal, enters his user name and password and away they go....

Random Membership Generator |
|
A Surfnet utility program that allows the Surfnet terminal owner to build a large database of
members on the terminal. The database will have "free time" (promotional) accounts to assist introduce the
terminal to first time users. These membership accounts can be set for different time intervals (5 or 10 free minutes)
where those who enjoy the experience will insert money in their account to extend the time or will revisit the terminal
again in the future. This Package has proven to be very effective in the grass root marketing of the Surfnet terminals.
It is suggested that a discount be offered for sales involving more that 5 copies of software. We will offer the
following discounts to our resellers such that they can offer that incentive if they should choose to do so.

in Burnaby, British Columbia. Utilizing the newest addition to the Surfnet/ Netlock Software library, Netlock Remote 98
can be used to perform remote troubleshooting, remote upgrades and remote diagnostics.

| This package features remote management services. Info Touch will perform all
remote upgrades, troubleshooting, diagnostics and credit card authorization and processing services. The terminal
financials and status can also be checked by the owner from our password protected financial on line database. |

| Package B - Full Service - Complete on and off site service |
| This package features a full regiment of on and off site service. Where Netlock 98
remote is not able to fix problems (in the case of fatal disk crashes, flaws or errors) a qualified Info Touch certified
repair person will fix the problem |

VARs have two choices in providing technical services
to their clients: |

Info Touch must be retained to perform remote services on all Surfnet kiosks
without exception. |

Hard Drive Replacement Service: |

All kiosks utilizing standard tower systems will be equipped with a removable
hard drive.
If the Info Touch team diagnosis your kiosk hard drive as corrupt or damaged, your hard drive can be
pulled out and couriered overnight to the Info Touch Plant in Burnaby BC. As the corrupt hard drive is sent, Info Touch
will concurrently send (by courier) a replacement hard drive for your kiosk.

Membership Database Recovery: |

Once we receive your corrupt hard drive, our technicians will categorize your
corrupt hard drive under the following classifications: |
| 1. |
Damaged Hard Drive - This could mean that your hard drive has been
damaged or flawed in some irreversible physical manner. In this case, you cannot recover your membership database and
you will keep the replacement hard drive. |
| 2. |
Irreversible Software Defect - This could mean that your hard drive
is physically healthy, and the problem lies in the form of an irreversible software defect. In this case, you cannot
recover your membership database and you will keep the replacement hard drive. The repaired hard drive will be tested
and potentially used as a replacement hard drive for another flawed system. |
| 3. |
Reversible Software Defect - This could mean that your hard drive is
physically healthy, and the problem lies in the form of a repairable software defect. In this case, your database will be
recovered and remotely updated on your new replacement hard drive. |
